“Lepas raya nak diet la.”

“Wei,jom diet. Err,habis raya ni.”

Ini antara penipuan paling besar oleh manusia-manusia yang menanam azam nak diet sejak awal tahun 2017 atau awal tahun 2016,mungkin juga 2015? Tiada yang tahu.. Ada yang success,ada yang fail. Konon lepas raya nak tanam azam balik untuk start diet,last-last lepas raya haji lupa azam tu tanam kat mana. Right? Dalam banyak-banyak diet tips,this is one of my favourite tips. Bukan sebab Minseok handsome kay! It suits my style. Many of us get it wrong. Losing weight doesn’t mean that you have to starve yourself whole day. Nanti korang sakit,haa baru tau. So this is Minseok ways to lose weight without starve himself.

Walk for an hour after wake up

I know some of might you think that, “Alaa,sempat meh? Jam 6 dah nak pi sekolah,silap-silap tertinggal bas la pulak.” Tak semestinya nak kena jalan atau jogging pun. Bangun awal sikit dari kebiasaan then buat senaman-senaman ringan,nak push-up atas katil pun boleh. By the way,Soo selalu tinggalkan yang ni sebab hampir setiap hari lewat bangun nge. So depends on you guys la,tak buat pun tak apa. Tapi lebih afdal (wuish afdal wei) kalau korang buat la.

Eat right amount of portion of delicious food

I usually take my breakfast on 6 a.m. Memang tak makan banyak sangat sebab mata masih ngantuk,mulut pun tak galak nak mengunyah. Jam pun laju semacam je kalau dah lewat ni,sempat jamah sikit je breakfast. Makan cukup-cukup je untuk alas perut nak pergi sekolah.

Don’t eat anything for the next four hours

EMPAT JAM? Lama gila! Mula-mula memang terasa lama,nak tunggu habis empat jam tu lamanya rasa macam tunggu waktu iftar but trust me after a week korang akan rasa empat jam ni ciput je. Soo tak guna empat jam selalunya,tengok mood jugaklah. Kadang-kadang guna tiga jam,kadang-kadang empat jam. Soo dah buat for about two months and memang dah terbiasa,rasa macam tiada apa-apa je. Nak tahu bila kena makan? Boleh rujuk video tu or boleh buat jadual sendiri.

Don’t eat anything for four hours before you go to bed

Soo tidur biasanya pukul 10 malam. So my last meal is on 6 p.m or 7 p.m. Lepas itu,Soo takkan makan apa-apa termasuk jajan or anything like that.

Does it work?

OF COURSE! Like Minseok said in the video,for the first month you will not gain any weight and will somehow lose some weight. Like I told you before,I’ve done this for about two months and ya it works. Usually lepas raya,I’ll gain at least 3 kg! It’s easier to gain than lose weight kay. Imagine how much exercise you have to do to back to your original shape. After raya,Soo terus try and I only gain about 1 kg. Yea! By the way,tips ni jugaklah yang bantu Soo kawal sikit nafsu makan yang terlampau ni.

EXTRA TIPS!!!

Elakkan junk food.

Soo sendiri memang hantu junk food. Tapi tu dululah. Sekarang ni dah tak seberapa lahap makan junk food. BUT STILL..! I can’t stop eating maggie T..T Maggie is really bad for health,don’t eat it. Don’t be like Soo!

Minum banyak air.

Dalam empat atau tiga jam korang ‘berlapar’,I mean tak makan. Bolehlah isi perut dengan air kosong. AIR KOSONG okay,bukan air manis atau air bergas atau seangkatan dengannya! Samalah bohong kalau macam tu.

Exercise

Exercise yang dikatakan di sini bukanlah kardio atau senaman-senaman berat. Petang-petang tu bolehlah keluar exercise dalam 30 minit begitu. Kalau malas berpanas,takut kulit gelap boleh je exercise dalam rumah. 30-45 minit,dua kali seminggu sudah memadai.
